Saludos queridos amigos de la comunidad SWC, soy @joel-sw, Hoy vengo a compartirles mi avance en tension de mi elemento que es la Full Planche, la verdad he estado trabando duro ya que los ejercicios de tension me gustan más y soy un atleta de solo tension, espero les guste y me digan que tal voy que les parece y pronto seguiré trayendo más avance muchas gracias.
