Hola miembros de SWC y gente de la colmena, en esta oportunidad me gustaría compartir con ustedes un video de mi entrenamiento de algunos combos de movimientos y habilidades de fuerza.
Hello members of SWC and hive people, in this opportunity I would like to share with you a video of my training of some combos of movements and strength skills.
En este blog me gustaría compartirles lo que he entrenado y las cosas que logre este día de entrenamiento, alegrandome bastante de mi desempeño ya que son movimientos que hace poco me costaban mucho y los he podido ir mejorando con tiempo y dedicación.
In this blog I would like to show you what I have trained and the things I have achieved this training day, I am very satisfied with my performance because these are movements that not long ago were too difficult for me and I have been able to improve them with time and dedication.
En este entrenamiento decidí intentar controlar bien mis subidas al pino, conseguir por fin mis negativas de straddle y poder empezar a hacer combos un poco menos básicos.
In this training I decided to try to get a good control of my pine climbs, to finally get my straddle negatives and to be able to start doing combos a little less basic.
Logré cumplir mis dos objetivos de entrenamiento y pasé a intentar una progresión de parada de manos con un solo brazo y darme cuenta de que podía hacerlo fue una gran alegría para mí, fue un entrenamiento exitoso.
I managed to accomplish my two training goals and went on to try a one arm handstand progression and realizing that I could do it was such a joy for me, it was a successful workout.
