Yeah, I had a similar experience with them, it looks like they are actively avoiding getting any new clients and their support is literally non-existent.
Wouldn't want that kind of attitude around anything even remotely money-related.

I had that feeling too, and that is strange considering more and more people investing in crypto.
As a company, they did things there clients didn't like, on several occasions, and that still reflects the CRO price ;) More time on my side for things that matter.
