Every year, coffee consumption in the community continues to increase. This goes hand in hand with the number of coffee shops growing every year.
So is coffee a relatively new drink in your country/city or what's the reason for the increased consumption? For instance, did people used to mainly drink tea or another beverage but gain access to coffee over the past few years/decade(s) due to globalization?

No, Indonesia is one of the largest coffee producing countries in the world. However, 10 years ago coffee was considered the drink of men or old people. Not many, young people and teenagers who drink coffee. Today, coffee is enjoyed by all generations and that makes it even more popular.
