Homemade Filipino Dish: Potato,Squash And Beans Stew
Hello @hivefood🤗🤗
How are you doing today? I hope you're all well. Today's menu I made for my kids is a combination of my favorite veggies, a squash, potato and string beans. I also added it with tomatoes for a bit sweet and sour taste.

I used the following ingredients in making this healthy vegetable stew

1 medium sized potato
1/8 kg of string beans
1/8kg of squash
1pc of onion
1 clove of garlic
1pc of tomato
2 tbsp of oil
2 tbsp of oyster sauce
1 cup of water
1/4 kg of pork
soysauce
Salt and pepper to taste
I begin by boiling the pork with a little amount of water to remove it's impurities. Then I started to sauté it. In a pan, add garlic, onion and tomatoes.

Alternately add the string beans together with the other vegetables like squash and potatoes.

Using a wooden ladle, carefully mixed it all together. Put a little amount of soysauce.

Adjust the taste according to your own preference. Cover the pan and simmer it for about 3-5 minutes or until it's cooked.

Once it's cooked.Transfer it to a bowl and serve it while still hot. Best paired with a steamed rice and and a fried fish.
This would be all for now and see you in the next cooking blog journey.
