Hi friends of Hive and liketu, today I share with you how I spent an incredible day at the gym, today I had to train chest and I felt from the beginning that today I was going to hit the weights hard, so I talked to my friend Alwin to meet me at the gym and get a personal record in bench press.

I started warming up with 100 kilos in bench since I'm well used to this weight I did only 6 to save strength for the pr, then I continued with 120 and did 3 solid that the truth I felt quite comfortable, here if then I advanced to 140 and with the help of my bro spoteando I did 2 solos and failed the 3, I advanced 5 more kilos to 145 and I was able to do 1, I failed the second one and I almost didn't count it because my bro couldn't lift the bar to the rack hahaha it's too much weight and even though it was only 1, I celebrate my achievement because for many it's a dream to lift 100 and I should be happy because I'm doing well in my work.

After that we did several exercises such as incline with barbell, lying down with dumbbells, dumbbell and pulley openings, Peck deck machine and lastly some biceps, really a very good day that I will keep as a memory and this could not end there, so we went to eat some hamburgers to celebrate with my bros.
