Bread has always fascinated me. I’ve done a lot of baking in my life, as I am a pastry chef. These days, I’m always experimenting when it comes to bread!
I think bread is so sexy—just like my favorite author, Isabel Allende, says.

Being a non-baker, I've never thought of bread in those terms @mandragora88. But I do recognize that items have certain qualities that appeal to individuals according to their perspective. I cook to survive, not strive. And have always desired to be a master baker. I fell short on both counts.
