Got my first Gold Foil LEgendary Brawl card!
What's up Splinter Lovers!
I hope you are enjoying splinterlands at it's best. DEC payout are still low per ranked match win as probably 100k players playing and completing their daily quests. It's only 8 days and 17 hours left for this current season to end and soon the leaderboard war will start among us players. I am currently playing in Diamond I with both the accounts and will start hinting for my current quest.
Now, taking at a look at SPS price, I saw a slight jump at the price of this token which is currently being traded at Hive-Engine for 0.231$. Just some hours ago, I bought about 65$ worth of SPS from Hive-Market and will keep it as liquid in case the price goes up in the next few days. I just heard a news that more SPS staking will be required in order to play a tourney so better stack them when they are low and that's what I am doing. In case the price stays same I will just stake the liquid.
On the other hand, We, the Neoxian Guild came second this brawl and got rewarded with 78 crown. Each guild member who entered all of their brawl battles got rewarded with 4388 Merits. So , I also got that and it was enough to buy and open 2 more Gladius packs and I did exactly that. But, this time, thou I haven't wished for anything great, it surprised me with a GOLD FOIL LEGENDARY!
I used the multiple open option this time as well and opened 2 gladius packs together and got a Gold foil legendary Fina Voxom! It came out as level 2 directly as it's a gold foil so I can use card directly in bronze level frays! As a gladius one, This card can not be sold or traded and will be a sole property of the account, however glad cards can be burned to get DEC and for this gold foil legendary, the burn count is 50k dec!
Fina Voxom belongs from the Fire splinter and it's a melee card that costs 5 mana. At level 2, it has 4 melee attack at 4 speed and 7 health. It has opportunity, bloodlust and Piercing ability at level 2 so this card seems holding a great potential in melee friendly matches. As, i am playing beta fray, this card will be super useful with Fire summoners Malric and Plado. I will look for opportunities in my next brawl to use this card and score wins. The bloddlust ability works like charm in brawls as whenever you kill an enemy with a card with bloddlust, all of your card's stat will get increased by 1. I am already overusing this ability with Earth glad epic card Quora and scoring multiple wins in brawls.
