Saludos a todos los hivers. Hoy un vez mas, quiero compartir con todos ustedes lo que fue la celebración del cumpleaños numero 52 de mi hermana Katarina y lo bien que la pasamos.

Greetings to all hivers. Today once again, I want to share with all of you what was the celebration of my sister Katarina's 52nd birthday and how much fun we had.

Los preparativos comenzaron muy temprano el día jueves 10 de Marzo, preparando la torta, que la hizo mi hija @keritroberts, experta en hacer las tortas para la familia y esta vez fue de 1 kilogramos, porque teníamos mas invitados para la celebración y les gusta mucho la torta. Mi hijo @reinoldroberts preparo el quesillo, que les cuento que le queda muy rico. También para la ocasión hice una salsa baba ganoush para acompañaer con pan, que a mi hermana le gusta mucho.

The preparations began very early on Thursday, March 10, preparing the cake, which was made by my daughter @keritroberts, an expert in making cakes for the family and this time it was 1 kilogram, because we had more guests for the celebration and they really like the cake. My son @reinoldroberts prepared the quesillo, which I can tell you is very tasty. Also for the occasion I made a baba ganoush sauce to go with bread, which my sister likes very much.

El cumpleaños se celebro en la casa materna, donde yo actualmente vivo. Este año la celebración del cumpleaños fue diferente, porque el hijo de mi hermana el mayor, mi sobrino Daniel llego de CROACIA. El tenía 10 años desde que se fue, sin venir a Venezuela. Todos estamos muy contentos de tenerlo nuevamente con nosotros y compartir el cumpleaños de su madre. También nos acompaño nuestro tío Gustavo, hermano de mi madre, el fue el primero que llego a la celebración.

The birthday was celebrated in my mother's house, where I currently live. This year the birthday celebration was different, because my sister's oldest son, my nephew Daniel arrived from CROATIA. He had 10 years since he left, without coming to Venezuela. We are all very happy to have him back with us and share his mother's birthday. We were also accompanied by our uncle Gustavo, my mother's brother, he was the first to arrive to the celebration.

Llego mi tío Gustavo y a los minutos tocan la puerta y era un chico con tres pizzas, que había mando mi prima Maira que vive en los Estados Unidos de regalo para mi hermana y tambien para compartir con todos. Esta fue la cena de este día. Luego nos tomamos unos tragos de Ron, unos páspalos que trajo mi hermana y la salsa baba ganoush. A eso de las 9pm de la noche se partió la torta.

My uncle Gustavo arrived and a few minutes later there was a knock on the door and it was a guy with three pizzas, which my cousin Maira, who lives in the United States, had sent as a gift for my sister and also to share with everyone. This was dinner for the day. Then we had a few shots of rum, some páspalos that my sister brought and the baba ganoush sauce. At about 9pm the cake was broken.

Compartir en familia y celebrar los cumpleaños es una tradición que desde que tengo usos de razón, se han celebrado los cumpleaños de toda mi familia.

Sharing with family and celebrating birthdays is a tradition that has been celebrated for as long as I can remember, all my family's birthdays have been celebrated.
