RE: Dialogue and knowing how to dialogue can make a difference

The art of listening can not be over emphasized. These days we have so many people who just 'hear' but don't 'listen' during conversations and this leads to more misunderstandings.

This is why some people just prefer to ignore a situation rather than talking things out, but 95 times out of 100, it makes the sitiatuin worse.

One reason people don't listen during conversations asides those who just want to hear what they want is so many people are stressed, tired and hence don't have the patience to genuinely listen to others during conversations. But it's really worth it to listen, it's a skill I believe is necessary for everything in this 21st century.
