The Mystery Adventure To Summer

Adriana, don't let strangers come inside the house, we will be back before you know it...
Those were the last words she heard as she was lost in a daze thinking about summer.

The spring season seem not end as her favourite season had always been the summer, her family throws a huge summer party for the neighborhood as they were buoyant enough to celebrate their favourite season.

She smiled with the thought that summer would be here soon, dancing through the mansion, refusing to be aware that she was alone in it, she made sure the doors were locked and only a few windows were opened.

She couldn't stop humming summer songs from her favourite artist.
Let's read our favourite novel, shall we?
She finally said a word but to herself.

She sat down on her bed, still smiling and even though very much aware of what the novel was about, she opened it excitedly as it was about summer... The mystery adventure to summer by her favourite character in the novel.

She started to read the first line. With every word she reads out excitedly, she tries to forget the fact that she was alone after a long time of being with family and friends around.

But she couldn't help but notice how the bright afternoon turned into darkness as she read down to the last word of the first page, she began to feel scared.

Now realising she was alone, she couldn't think of summer or hum happily, she lied down on her bed covered totally in her duvet and kept wishing that her parents be back soon as they had promised.

While she was busy wishing, a loud banging sound began to come from their cottage, she got curious as she remembered it was how the mystery adventure started for her favourite character in the novel she was reading.

She had a rush of emotions wondering if she would love to embark on the adventure or simply wait for summer to come. A force in her didn't let her come to a conclusion before she began to walk towards the cottage.

Her curiosity grew the more she got closer to having the cottage door opened, she stretched her hand to open the door but with a little hesitation, the door opened on it's own.

Unable to turn back and curious to find out if the story were really happening before her eyes, she went into the cottage and it was just as she had pictured the whole scene.

A talking butterfly welcomed her with a huge smile and feeling excited showing signs of a long wait.
What took you so long to open the novel again and the door?!
The butterfly tried to seem angry but was too happy to.

She was prepared a huge bouquet with her favourite food being the most attractive, her favourite summer song began to play, everything seem to be playing out just as she imagined it from the story.

A magical wand took away her spring outfit and she wore a light colored gown, just as the character in the story. Adriana screamed with so much joy and feasted happily on her favourite food.

The whole scene was her dream summer experience and she was having it right at that moment, she wished for it not to end but is reminded of her family who could have been home already and she asked to go back home.

You'll have to wait a longer time for summer Adriana, you want that?
The talking butterfly asked, trying to keep Adriana for her
company.

Tempted to stay, Adriana couldn't bear to miss spending summer with her family in their huge celebration with neighbours.
Yes, I'll wait... Summer will come soon and that is enough

She thanked the butterfly and whoever made it possible for her to have an experience of what summer in her favourite novel actually felt like. She seemed so grateful that the butterfly was happy she was choosing to leave.

She stepped out of the cottage feeling a little sense of regret but as she walked towards the mansion, she noticed the fast changing of the seasons.

The trees began to have full leaves, flowers in their garden bloomed so beautifully and she could hear grasshoppers chirping

It is summer!!! She screamed happily.
