Goodness this is really a very embarassing situation. Sorry about this - I can imagine that it was very difficult for you at this important time - your first exam. I was wondering why you did not try to get permission to leave when your tummy started rumbling during the "prep". However maybe the situation would not have been convincing enough until the invigilator saw you sweating. However, it is good that you were allowed to leave and could finish the exam thereafter.

Yeah it was really embarrassing.
The invigilator were acting all strict and had already given out strict warning of not allowing anyone out.
I was just thankful I was allowed to finish the exam.
