This must have been a shocking moment for you. I can totally understand how shocked you must have been and that you wanted to leave immediately. Did you ever get feedback on your presentation? Did anyone tell you that they notice your ripped trousers? I am sort of hoping that your presentation was so impressive that the overwhelming applause had only to do with your presentation and nothing to do with your trousers.

Well, yes I was appreciated for the good presentation subsequently in church but nobody mentioned about the torn trouser. Perhaps they were shy to embarrass me further
