But has he committed any code to actually improve Dogecoin? Anyone can pump value of any coin, but that doesn't mean they become CEO of the coin, or even member of the core development team.

Lol obviously. But if you want to go down that rabbit hole... how many CEOs do you know that write code? No fortune 500 CEOs ever write a line of code...

It worries me, if CEO of the company doesn't/can't even read the code the employees write...
I might be decent at writing PHP, C or C++, but when I started, I did really suck at writing JavaScript... That's why there is separate developer in my company that is better than me in writing JavaScript.
A lot of the front-end code for the various websites are written in client-side JavaScript and some of the backend code is written in Node.js... Remaining of the backend code is written as shell scripts or in Python, PHP and C/C++...
