RE: Thursday - A few shops and businesses around New Bedford

What a lovely way to showcase the businesses and spots around New Bedford. I really enjoy that you share not just the photos, but also a bit of the history behind each place. The Zeiterion Theatre is impressive: opened in 1923 and later renamed, plus that $37 million renovation. It must be well worth visiting now that it's reopened.

The Fisherman's Seafood Market looks amazing, and that red lobster on the roof definitely catches the eye. It sounds like the perfect spot for seafood lovers, with catch straight from the dock and no middleman. That quality really shows!

The New Beige Restaurant got me curious, especially with its name based on the city's affectionate local nickname. Good to know they focus on accessible comfort foods. And it's great that you've actually had breakfast at Tia Maria's European Cafe and that it was excellent. Sometimes the simplest places are the ones that surprise you the most.

Thanks for sharing these walks and the little details that make New Bedford special.
