It is a sad existence when children need to live away from their parents for various reasons. These children must indeed wonder why life cannot be the same for them as everyone else. Sophia was happy to go to Mrs. Jayna home for christmas; however her joy would have multiplied upon seeing her parents. Her wish was fulfilled during this wonderfully magical christmas season.

It's not a good thing for children to be separated from their parents at Sophia's age because of both the physical and psychological impact it would have on them.
It's a beautiful thing Sophia reunited with them after the secret of the evil manager was discovered.
