Quan Nguyen's - A restaurant with delicious Chinese dishes in Da Nang

Hello everyone, today I return to the Foodies Bee Hive community to introduce to you a China restaurant in the center of Da Nang city. I have also tried a few Chinese restaurants before, but I am particularly impressed with the food here, the restaurant is called Quan Nguyen's, so I will introduce you to the restaurant's atmosphere and very attractive dishes.

First of all, it is located 24 Pasteur, Hai Chau 1, Hai Chau, Da Nang, located right in the center of Da Nang city, extremely convenient to move. It takes me about 10 minutes by motorbike from my hostel to here.

The outside is decorated quite simply but extremely beautiful. Although it is a Chinese restaurant, it is European style, simple and luxurious. Inside, you'll find the surroundings are decorated with classic items, the ceiling is filled with countless Chinese-style lanterns. Tables and chairs are arranged in most areas of the restaurant, dishes are placed neatly on the table. There is a processing counter located in the middle of the restaurant, we can see the chefs cooking inside. We chose a seat near the glass door, near the kitchen, overlooking the outside decorated with a small aquarium with ornamental plants around. It looks very quiet and peaceful. we have to book a table before coming, because here on weekends there are a lot of people coming to enjoy Chinese food. If you arrive without a reservation, if you arrive early you can get a seat to enjoy the food, but if you arrive late, I think all the tables are full. The service staff here is very friendly and enthusiastic, from the moment we entered the restaurant, someone served us from start to finish. They are very quick when we need something, that makes me feel very impressed with this restaurant. The menu here has a variety of dishes ranging from starters, main courses to desserts. The menu has a picture of the dish in the corner, so it makes it easy to see which dish to choose. Since this was our first visit here, we searched and searched the dishes before coming, so we chose the dishes that were highly recommendable before.

The first dish that cannot be ignored when it comes to Chinese cuisine is Peking duck. This is a dish that almost appears on the menu of Chinese restaurants. It is a unique dish you must try every time you come to a Chinese restaurant. Duck meat is extremely soft and fragrant, although when grilled, duck fat melts a lot, but when enjoying, it is not greasy. It is decorated on a large plate, arranged in a neat duck shape on it.If I had to rate this dish compared to a few other restaurants I have eaten at before, I think this dish is 8/10.

The second dish I would like to recommend to everyone is Kimsa dumplings. This is my favorite dish every time I go to a Chinese restaurant, I like the fat inside the cake, the taste is extremely fragrant, sweet and a little fatty, it is suitable for a person who likes fatty taste like me. The special thing about this dish is that the crust is made like a sponge cake, which is what I am a bit disappointed with this dish compared to other places. But I like the inside of the cake, it's amazing.

Here is another dish we ordered, it's young tofu with special sauce. The taste of this dish is a bit difficult for me because of me, but after eating for a long time, I am very satisfied with this dish, the smell is a bit spicy, the tofu is extremely soft, everything is perfect. We ordered an extra bowl of steamed rice to go with this dish, it was absolutely delicious. It is decorated quite simply but the quality of the food is extremely high, I will order this again when I come here again.

Because we were afraid of not being full, we ordered a portion of fried rice with seafood to eat more. Served with fried rice is sweet cabbage soup. The taste of fried rice is not too salty, the decoration is beautiful, the food is extremely attractive.

The last dish we ordered was fried vermicelli with shrimp and mushrooms. I was not only impressed with the layout of the dish but also with the taste of this dish, which was excellent. This is probably my favorite dish tonight. This dish is also quite expensive, I think it matches the quality of the food. We were extremely full after enjoying some of the best sellers here. After the rain this afternoon, the weather also became cooler, along with our friends, we enjoyed extremely delicious food here. If you have a chance to come to Da Nang, but want to try Chinese food, this is a good choice for you.
