DREAMS DO COME TRUE || MY FANTASY OF A PERFECT YEAR!

It was that beautiful morning on January 2nd. I picked up my phone and beheld a message via email. I quickly opened the content, dang! it was from a big company here in Lagos state Nigeria where I submitted a business proposal the previous year! I had far forgotten about the contract when the company gave me a negative response to my proposal. You needed to see the tension in me reading the mail from them, it was a pretty long content with a bigger vocabulary.. lolz! Finally, I read the last paragraph and yes, I got the contract!!!🎉 Wow, my mouth was wide open in amazement, it was a beautiful new year's surprise that made me sing a new song!

The contract was worth millions of naira, capable of turning my new year's dream into reality. Soon we began the project and within a space of 3 months, it was a wrap! The first thing that came into my mind was to resume my bottled water factory 🏭 construction with the part of millions I got as profit from the contract and yes, I got everything about my pending factory fixed within a couple of weeks since capital has been the thing holding the commencement of the factory.

Seeing my factory functional at the beginning of the second quarter of that year added a lot of smiles to my face. I could sleep like a baby knowing that a lucrative business is ongoing for me and my family. The establishment of the factory also made room for some unemployed youth within my vicinity as I employed 30 workers with a good salary. Looking at me at those moments, you could see a happy and fulfilled woman, a woman living her dream life and touching lives positively.

The factory started on a good note, it didn't take much time before yummy profits started flowing. I became a blessing to so many people who had sought financial favor from me back then but couldn't get much. My family members and both extended families were not left out! I also gifted myself the latest Mercedes Benz car. Life became more comfortable for me and my family. I could ride my kids to the fun world occasionally for some relaxation. We could visit different beautiful places in Lagos for nice moments as a family without struggle. Summertime came, and I had enough money for a family vacation in Dubai.

It's been my dream and that of my husband to give my children a good life that our parents could not give us. We had a beautiful trip and stay in Dubai to the point that my children didn't want to return to Nigeria 😂, but no, it wasn't yet the time to relocate outside Nigeria, we were back home!

A new session in school began, then I thought of changing my kid's school to a better one since my financial growth kept taking a positive shape through my factory. It was yet another mission fulfilled. In hive as well, I took a lot of money from my offline business to grow my HP to the point of dooting other hivers a 100% vote worth $10. It was indeed a beautiful turning point in my hive activities.

As the year was ending, my finances were growing massively. I started dreaming bigger without financial constraints anymore... lolz. I have wanted to live in the heart of Lagos Nigeria, so beautiful than where I reside but it requires more money 💰. Glad, I reached that level of actualizing my dream 👌. On the 1st day of December that year, my husband and I bought a house worth 500 million naira in Ikoyi Lagos state. The factory was still expanding, and we had almost all we wanted, everything turned around for our good. If wishes were horses indeed!

MY REALITY
Indeed, dreams do come through, if I could have a perfect year, then this fantasy is what my year would look like.

I had a pending project last year and some unaccomplished dreams, I am that woman craving for a better change, I can only work hard and pray that this dream of mine turns into reality.
