Crispy Fried Apples
Hi vegan lovers, this time something new for me, where apples are processed into delicious snacks. It can be enjoyed anytime especially during family gatherings this snack is perfect for all ages. Made from ingredients that I usually enjoy directly and never occurred to me to be processed into fried snacks.
Sesame Fried Apple
Sesame fried apples are processed apples that are fried with a layer of fanir flour so as to produce crispy fried inside and soft inside. This preparation has a very authentic taste and is perfect for enjoying while relaxing with family.
Curious about the steps, let's take a look at the preparation steps below.
Ingredients Used
50 grams fanir flour
100 grams rice flour
50 grams wheat flour
10 grams sesame seeds
1 teaspoon salt
Water to taste
Making Procedure
Combine wheat flour and rice flour and stir until evenly distributed.
Then add salt to the container and sesame seeds.
Add water as much as 100 ml or adjust to the thickness of the dough, stirring until evenly distributed.
Peel the apple and then cut it into several pieces and form a circle.
Dip into the flour mixture then roll in fanir flour until evenly distributed.
Do it until finished then fry until brownish yellow in hot oil.
Result
The fried apple is ready to be served, look at the ordinary apple that becomes very different in this dish. Garong on the outside and soft on the inside, the aroma is very charming there is a fragrant sesame and apple aroma that uploads the taste of anyone who is near me when frying.

It tasted very similar to fried banana, but this had a different texture - lighter while the banana was softer and a bit sticky. But the fried apples were also very good, sweet and sour and there was a special savory taste from the combination of flour and sesame.
I think this is a fantastic apple preparation, the first time I tried it I was immediately hooked. For those of you who have apples at home by being a fun snack and enjoyed while warm more delicious.
