Today I learned how to make cookies again—this time, they’re made with dragon fruit, so the color is really eye-catching. Dragon fruit does have quite a striking color, and for some reason, I really enjoy making anything with it.

Well, learning to make cookies with a new recipe isn’t exactly new to me. I often experiment with making unique cookies. For example, yesterday I made tempeh cookies, and they turned out delicious. It exceeded my expectations—I’m so happy to share my cookie-baking experiences with various ingredients and to share them with you.

Dragon fruit is very easy to find in my area; many people grow it and have a bountiful harvest. Lately, the farmers’ harvests haven’t been as good as usual, so they’re selling them at fairly low prices. I always take advantage of the opportunity to buy dragon fruit when prices are like this. I usually buy several kilograms because I really love it that much.

Instead of keeping you in suspense, let’s just get right to making this recipe at home—it’s super easy. Let’s check it out!

Ingredients

1 white egg
30 grams of butter

50 grams of dragon fruit
1 tablespoon of powdered milk

Vanilla powder to taste
Sesame seeds to taste

Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and they hold their shape when lifted.

Result

The result is absolutely beautiful—as always, dragon fruit dishes are a true feast for the eyes, with such a soft, subtle touch. It’s a soft pink, and as a woman, I absolutely love it. The combination of all the ingredients creates an extraordinary, truly special touch, in my opinion.

The texture of the cake is incredibly soft on the inside, so be sure to bake it at a low temperature so it cooks evenly. I really love the combination—it’s like enjoying soft cookies, but with a denser texture. Honestly, this is very inspiring for anyone who wants to try making it.
