Easy Way to Cook Vegan Vegetable Stir-Fry Urap

Vegetables seasoned with grated coconut take you to a legendary recipe. However, look at this modified recipe which is given a touch with a different style and gives deliciousness.




At first I was hesitant about making vegan ointment prepared by frying it. Usually the ointment spice recipe is enjoyed raw here. Well they are similar to salads and I have made them before. However, trying it by frying it with a touch of delicious spices typical of urap will be very tempting.

So to make this dish, I didn't combine many vegetables, I only used 2 of my favorite vegetables. I coated the vegetables with special spices for anointing vegetables and then stir-fried them. As usual, anoint non-vegan vegetables using shrimp paste in it. However, this recipe is very different, delicious and delicious from preparations like this, let's look at the recipe below!




Materials Used

  • 100 grams long beans
  • 50 grams of bean sprouts
  • 100 grams of grated mangkal coconut
  • 2 lime leaves


Softened Seasoning

  • 3 red chilies
  • 5 cayenne peppers
  • 2 candlenuts
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 5 cloves of red onion
  • 1 cm galangal



Cooking Procedure


Step 1

Prepare the long beans, then boil until the long beans are half cooked, then add the bean sprouts.

Step 2

Boil both until only half soft, then remove and drain. So make sure not to over cook and test the two vegetables before removing them.

Step 3

Drain briefly when it is cold, cut the long beans into 1 cm pieces and all the vegetables are ready to be used.

Step 4

After preparing all the vegetables, I then prepared the ground spices. Chop all the spices and puree them by adding a little water to the blender.

Step 5

Then briefly roast the candlenuts until they turn brownish yellow. Then put it back in the blender and puree. You can do this at the beginning when you haven't ground the other spices so you can grind them all at the same time.

Step 6

Next, cut the lime leaves into small pieces. Well, lime leaves really influence the taste and aroma of this stir-fried. And then, saute the spices with a spoonful of cooking oil, stir-fry until dry.

Step 7

Then add chopped lime leaves and also add grated coconut.

Step 8

Cook until the grated coconut is cooked, make sure to use low heat and stir while cooking, and then, add to salt.

Step 9

Season with sugar and stock powder.

Step 10

Add chopped long beans and bean sprouts. Then stir until evenly mixed, and cook until perfect, don't forget to check the quality of the taste.

Stir-fried peanut vegetables with grated coconut seasoning are ready to be enjoyed, serve them during the day on your plate. And enjoy it with warm white rice, you will feel the savory sensation of the grated coconut seasoning. What's more interesting is that the aroma of the spices will be very tempting and pamper your tongue.

I spent all this on my own by a huge measure. Haha yeah because they are so delicious I like them. This stir-fried urap is my favorite, but making it in a vegan version would definitely be very different. But believe me, the vegan version is not always bad, the vegan version if combined with savory ingredients and added various spices will be very delicious!
