What you see in this post is full of color in a serving bowl, and you can't help but imagine how fresh it is. Spicy is a favorite of a million people, but the enjoyment of fresh fruit with the combination of spicy, sour, and sweet makes it a super dish. Well this time the inj menu is inspired by the fruit soup that I usually see at street vendors, except that they don't use apples but pears. But I wanted to try the usual sour-tasting apples like this green apple to change with a touch of this sweet and spicy soup.

I don't know if you would call this a drink or a meal but I definitely prefer this dish as a dessert because it's so refreshing. But one thing is for sure, I enjoy this when I'm not feeling well so it makes me a little calmer with this amazing flavor.

Ingredients Used

1 green apple
15 kasturi oranges
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon salt
3 hot chili peppers
5 tablespoons sugar

How to make

The first step is to prepare the ingredients in the form of apples, peel the skin then cut it to an even size.

Next, cut the kasturi orange fruit into two parts then remove all the seeds because later if there are seeds it will be bitter.

Next, cook 500 ml of water until it boils then add sugar to dissolve. Then I soak the basil seeds with warm water until they expand.

Chili and salt I grind until coarse.

Now the salt chili that has been mashed put into the apple pieces. Then the sugar water that has been slightly warmed I put in the apple that has been cut.

Add chia seeds then finally add kasturi oranges. Keep in the refrigerator for 2 hours for good results.

The apple and kasturi orange soup is ready to serve, after waiting for the temperature to cool in the refrigerator for two hours the taste does change a little fresher and certainly very tasty. Fruit soups like this often need to be stored in advance. So that the results are maximized, and of course the fresh fruit is more flavorful.
