Pear Smoothies with Pokcoy and Tomato Vegetable Combination
Hello vegan lovers, how are you doing? I have a special drink to serve you vegans. This drink is made from natural ingredients without preservatives or sweeteners. It is a combination of pear and vegetables, namely pokcoy and tomato. It has a unique taste, which is of course the essence of the fruits I have combined.

Actually, this smoothie combination was inspired by a recipe I found on the internet a long time ago. However, when I made it, I rarely posted it because I was always in a hurry. Well, since I had the opportunity to photograph it today, I will share this natural smoothie recipe with you.
Pear Smoothie with Vegetable Combination

This is a simple drink that combines vegetables with pears and tomatoes. It contains no sugar or honey, making it safe for vegans. Of course, it has many benefits for the skin and can even help prevent acne. As we know, consuming lots of vegetables and fruits will make the skin healthier. Since I really love fried food, I often enjoy drinks like this, which not only detoxify the body but are also good for my skin. Curious about the process of making it? It’s very easy.

- 4 pieces of bok choy
- ½ pear
- ½ tomato
- 200 ml water
Chop all the pear ingredients and cut the tomatoes into small pieces so that they are easier to blend. I deliberately did not peel the pears, using them whole and removing only the seeds. However, if you don't like this, you can skip this step.

Wash all the ingredients thoroughly, then add them to the blender. At this stage, you can add natural sweeteners if you wish. However, I find that the pears and tomatoes already provide enough sweetness, so no additional sweeteners are needed.

Add water and don't forget the bok choy, then blend until smooth. Serve in a glass and enjoy immediately after preparation for the best flavor.

Result

I serve my pear and vegetable smoothies without ice at room temperature after processing them. However, if you want them cold, that's fine too. Just adjust it to your taste.

Unlike the cucumber and bok choy juice I made previously, this drink feels lighter, perhaps because I didn't add any other sweeteners or enough pears to balance the water content in the smoothie. I like this combination; it's quite simple and easy to make, and of course, it tastes delicious.
