Stirring in Purple Cabbage, Young Corn With Tofu

Stirring the family's favorite vegetables with Tofu is a great choice on a rainy day, preparing it while it's warm to eat together becomes a precious moment.

Thank you for the community and always supporting me in this community. Today I will share a recipe made from vegan which is a delicious menu for you and your family at home. Enjoy healthy and nutritious food, so to start cooking you need to prepare some ingredients.




MATERIAL USED

1 small purple cabbage
2 pieces of white tofu
1 piece of young corn
1 tomato
2 cloves of garlic
3 cloves of red onion
4 green chilies
2 red chilies




COOKING STEPS

In the preparation of this delicious vegan meal, you need to prepare some easy preparations, the first step is to prepare the vegetables and tofu, cut the vegetables into several small pieces.

Then stir-fry the onion, garlic and tomatoes, stir-fry until everything is completely wilted and emits a fragrant aroma.

In another pan, fry the tofu that has been cut into squares or according to your taste, fry the tofu for a while until only partially yellow, or for those of you who want the tofu whole, you can steam it first.

Next, if the tomatoes and onions have wilted, add the cabbage, then stir-fry for a while, so here you can add a little water or if you don't want it to be runny, you can skip it.

Then, add the baby corn, which has been cut, then season with salt and stir again.

Next, add the tofu that has been fried for a while, stir briefly and cook until all the ingredients come together and are perfectly absorbed with the spices.

Having an amazing delicious menu, made from vegan always brings interesting surprises for my family and I's days. Initially this dish was just a side dish for my fad because the rainy season had arrived in my country. Making hot and delicious food for a family dinner is a difficult thing in my house, because my parents very rarely eat food without rice, they are used to combining rice in every dish I prepare. Therefore, before I prepare other menus, I definitely cook rice first, then start preparing other delicious dishes.

This special vegan-based dish was inspired by my sister who often prepares white cabbage with tofu, because white cabbage is already prepared, I wanted to make something different, namely purple cabbage mixed with tofu. The resulting taste is also very delicious, the real savory of the baby corn and the cabbage blends perfectly, a little salty taste combination that I really like. As well as the soft texture of tofu which my family really likes. And lastly, this menu is perfect for breakfast, lunch and dinner for your family.
