Perhaps you are right, and they might even enter at that side because of the wind direction.
A real blessing and now we are searching for a home that would have a view of both the ocean and the mountains. There are such homes here, but they are terribly expensive, way more than we can earn in a lifetime.

Woo, unfortunately always the properties near the sea have quite high prices, and if it is about visual spectacles even more.
However, I hope you will be successful in this new project of the dream house by the sea and with views to the mountains!
Oh yeah, we have been searching for a time now, but nothing available in our price range.
Thank you and we will just keep on banging away, as sooner or later we might find something.
