Hello to all users of the community ta for preparing dishes specialties and desserts.
Bread is your pastry that accompanies the daily life of man since ancient times.
Different in kind, it offers its table in commercial networks around the world.
It occupies a prominent place on tables at various meals. At home, it is prepared differently depending on the ingredients used for its preparation.
Today, I am going to offer you an idea for making homemade bread enriched with cheese and butter.
In my country, Bulgaria, it has a certain name called 'Tutmanik'. It is prepared in a special way, aromatic, with a unique taste and is desirable for consumption. So, let us move on to the preparation of this type of bread.

El pan es su pastelería que acompaña la vida cotidiana del hombre desde la antigüedad.
Diferente en especie, ofrece su mesa en las redes comerciales de todo el mundo.
Ocupa un lugar destacado en las mesas de las distintas comidas. En casa, se prepara de forma diferente en función de los ingredientes utilizados para su elaboración.
Hoy voy a ofrecerles una idea para preparar pan casero enriquecido con queso y mantequilla.
En mi país, Bulgaria, se llama "Tutmanik". Se prepara de una manera especial, aromática, con un sabor único y es apetecible para el consumo. Así pues, pasemos a la preparación de este tipo de pan.

Bread enriched with cheese
Ingredients for the bread
:

  • 200g / fresh milk
  • 100g / water
  • 400g / soft cheese
  • 300g / cow butter
  • 600g / white flour
  • 1 packet/dry yeast
  • 15g/ salt
  • 15g/sugar
    For spreading:
  • 1pc/ egg
  • 30g/ fresh milk

Pan enriquecido con queso
Ingredientes para el pan

  • 200g / leche fresca
  • 100g / agua
  • 400 g / queso blando
  • 300 g / mantequilla de vaca
  • 600g / harina blanca
  • 1ud./ levadura seca
  • 15g/ sal
  • 15g/azúcar
    Para untar
  • 1ud/ huevo
  • 30g/ leche fresca

Preparation:

  • Warm the light milk and water and pour into the baking dish.
  • Add the salt and sugar to the mixture.
  • Melt 100g cow's butter and add it.
  • Add 600g white flour
  • add one packet of dry yeast at the end
  • turn on the kneading program.
  • divide the kneaded dough into 4 parts
  • roll out the dough with a rolling pin, brush with melted butter
  • sprinkle with cheese roll the dough by twisting it slightly.
  • Place it on a baking tray.
  • After the four sheets of dough are finished, leave the bread in a warm place for 30 minutes to rise again.
  • Brush with the egg and fresh milk.

Preparación:

  • Calentar la leche ligera y el agua y verter en la fuente de horno.
  • Añadir la sal y el azúcar a la mezcla.
  • Derretir 100 g de mantequilla de vaca y añadirla.
  • Añadir 600 g de harina blanca
  • añadir un sobre de levadura seca al final
  • encender el programa de amasado
  • dividir la masa amasada en 4 partes
  • extender la masa con un rodillo, untarla con mantequilla derretida
  • espolvorear con queso enrollar la masa girándola ligeramente.
  • Colóquela en una bandeja de horno.
  • Una vez terminadas las cuatro hojas de masa, dejar el pan en un lugar cálido durante 30 minutos para que suba de nuevo.
  • Pincelar con el huevo y la leche fresca.
