Garlic Noodles in Desi style!!

Yummmmm!!!!!! Why noodles are super yummy 😋? I donot know why!!! but I love the healthy form of Noodles, like lots of veggies in it.

In the world there are many varieties of noodles like Rice noodles, Semolina noodles, wheat noodles, flour noodles, spagetti and etc.

So, today I am sharing a quick, simple yet delicious recipe with you. Its a Garlic Noodles🍜 in my style. There are many super ways to make noodles in their own ways. Many countries are so popular in making noodles. Todays recipe is spicy and can be made within in 30 mins. So its perfect dish for quick lunch or dinner. I have added only onion ,capsicum and tomato puree in the veggies. You can add more veggies if you want.Later on I gave a tadka of garlic and chilies.

INGREDIENTS

▪︎spaghetti- 250gm
▪︎onions-½cup
▪︎capsicum-½ cup
▪︎tomato puree-1 cup
▪︎green chili-1 tspn
▪︎red chili-1 tspn
▪︎garlic-10
▪︎water- for boiling
▪︎oil-1 tbspn
▪︎fresh coriander-1 tbspn
▪︎chili falkes-1 tbspn


Method

1.in a big utensil boil spaghetti in water.

3.now chop tje veggies like capsicum , onion or any of your fav veggies.

4.further chopped tomatoes and blend it.

5.then take some garlics and chilies l.

6.now heat a pan or kadhai.

7.add green chilies, red chilies and onions

8.saute it for 5 mins.

9.now add capsicum and saute it for 5 mins more.

10.now add blended tomato puree .

11.stir it.

12.add salt.

13.red paprika powder and toamto ketchup.

14.now add crushed garlic.

15.Stir and cover it for 5 mins.

16.now add boiled Spaghetti.

17.further add blackpepper.

18.stir it nicely and off the flame.

19.heat a tadka pan and put oil in it.

20.then add chopped garlic and chili flakes.

21.cook for 1 min and off the flame

22.now put the garlic chili tadka on the spaghetti.

23.add coriander leavrs and mix it.

24.now serve the dish in the plate.

HAVE IT!!!!

Yes, I mostly prefer semolina noodles and wheat durum spaghetti.

Hi your noodles are simple, but they are very original and yummi! just one little advice! Use a bigger pot for the pasta! like italians say: the pasta needs space to dance in the water!!

I am fun of spaghetti noodles too but we (Pinoy) usually cooked it with spaghetti sauce. This one is different but looks so yummy too.
