What are the best steem ROI projects to dip into right now?

So you've just found yourself staring at steem-engine blankly. The choices, endless. Your confusion, maximum. How are you ever going to find out what to invest in when you've got to do that thing in an hour, and you'll probably not even get enough time to research one project never mind all of them. So many choices -- but are they any good?

Luckily, I'm here to sift through the deadwood for you. I'm a guy that really likes to get into the meat of things and test projects out that I enjoy the idea of before I put anything substantial in them. Luckily I've tried a good few projects that promise a lot and have seen for myself what they return.

This list isn't in any order -- I am just writing them as I pick them out from my list of great projects I've put some money into.

Okay, so first on the list has to be BDVoter

I delegated 2,000 steem to bdvoter a couple of days ago because I was told that the roi was pretty good. So I gave it a try. They have been sending me, without fail, between 0.5 and 0.6 steem per day. If my calculations are correct then that is 0.03% daily on your delegation.

So if you were to delegate say 20,000 steem -- that would be around 5-6 steem you would get daily. That's 10.8% per year. That's roughly 1825 Steem yearly from your 20k delegation.

Not bad! And as far as I know it's one of the highest out there.

Secondly, I'd like to give SteemCity a mention

SteemCity is a project run by @gerber which is in the early stages of development. The idea is that you grow your city, and as your city grows then you earn SIM from it. SIM can be sold on the market, or returned to the account for more Buildings. It's a fun game. Development is very alpha, and more will be rolled out in the coming months.

Currently ROI is insane in SteemCity for the moment -- If you Invest 400-600 Steem then you're likely to start earning around 800 SIM per day which at current prices is 4.56 steem. Daily. That's not bad is it? You can either skip along to the market with steem signs in your eyes, or put it back in and compound that interest.

Also, at some point @gerber is planning to implement a system where 50% of SteemCITY earnings will be converted into rewards and distributed to the top 100 city owners. Crazy, right? Not only do you earn sim, but at the end of the month you're in with a chance of a large amount of steem!

So, this one is a really good one to get into.

Beer. Beer is good. Earn hourly with beer

Okay, so I've only been looking into Beer for the last few days. It seems to be a pretty cool concept to get into. You stake beer, and get regular payments (hourly I think) from the main account. The idea is a bit like Proof of Stake -- so the more beer you own, then the more beer you can stake. And it's got quite a high price @ 0.3 Steem per beer. That's not to be sniffed at.

I've been receiving donations in beer for a little while now. I thought it was a bit of a joke concept to be fair, but when I was browsing through my dust on steem-engine I realised that their price is fairly strong for their coin, and it's a coin that has quite a strong community behind it with over 60% of their coins staked.

If you're into hourly earnings -- get some beer.

Utilize the tribes man, they are just gagging for engagement and buyers

One thing Neoxian City doesn't suffer from is engagement and people that are interested in buying their coin. But we always need more people. More builders, more buyers, more people that are willing to sacrifice a little of their time to make somewhere an amazing place to be.

The tribes (all of them, well, maybe apart from leo) are all suffering from an onslaught of rampant selling and it has a lot to do with tag abuse -- but that's another story.

Annnnnyway,

Get involved with the tribes, buy their coins, engage with the communities. You'll find that the more that you engage with communities the more ROI you'll get on your buck. People will get to know you, and in return you can build long lasting relationships!

If you know any good ROI yourself drop me a line and I'll be sure to check it out :)

I still feel sorry for having to drop out of SteemCity again. I had a nice little city, but then I got lost in no time. My brain simply refuses to work with numbers. So, instead of torturing my poor head further, I decided to sell all my buildings (for a nice profit, that's true). Still following up in the Discord, it's fun to watch it grow. Really promising project!

Yeah, I've been following the Discord conversations. Haven't actually visited the site, since I don't have any cards anymore, but I know it's there. Still, I'm not 'smart' enough to play that kind of games. (I don't mean that in a negative way, it's just that my brain is wired differently, lol)

Similar to the wife -- she can't do any math either. So I understand :)
