Weeklyish Running Update - Road to Recovery!
So I've had to be very disciplined over this last week or so given my albeit relatively minor leg injury...
I've taken it easy and done a few light runs and c couple of gym sessions, always day on day off and weekends off, so restive but gradually increasing....
Weds 28th Jan.... Gym - 15 mins X trainer, 2K treadmill...
Just another standard taking it easy gym session......

Fri 30t Jan.... 3K Run...
My first run in about three weeks, took it at a nice gentle pace through the local park....

Mon 2nd Feb.... 4K Run...
Rinse and repeat the above, slightly longer...

Weds 4th Feb... Gym - 10 mins X trainer, 4K treadmill...
Back to the gym, 4K on the treadmill.... took it nice and easy again, up to 12K max speed, which was OK!

Friday 6th Feb... 5K Run....
Almost felt like getting back to normal!

Final thoughts...
Overall I am happy with this, it's just been really nice to have a bit of a more restive break!
