To stay healthy and fit, what do you do?

You eat healthy and do exercise. That's great! Do you know about Tai Chi?

hmm... Tai Chi. Old people's stuff!

Well, you do not have to be old to practice Tai Chi. Maybe you see that old people usually practice Tai Chi, so you think that's only for old people.

Tai Chi has a lot of health benefits. It is a martial arts. When I say martial arts, you start thinking whether you can use Tai Thi for self defense.

Tai Chi movement is slow. Like when you do yoga, do you do it fast? Of course not, you do yoga slowly. There is a similarity between Tai Chi and yoga, but you can use Tai Chi for self defense.
