Welcome back to Self Defense Situation - Part 87. In this series of posts, we usually talk about different situations and what you can do to defend yourself and get back home safe.

So what can you do when the attacker holds a knife to the throat from behind against a wall? Let's watch this video first to understand the situation.

Unfortunately, there are some situations you face where you do not any better option expect to co-operate with the attacker. You are against a wall and the attacker holds a knife to your throat from behind, this is not a joke. If you move a little bit, you will cut yourself.

So how did you end up in this situation?

You can make your move before you end up in this situation. In a situation like this, give the attacker what he wants. If the attacker intends to take your money, he might walk away after getting the money. If the attacker wants to hurt you, he does not want your money.

Still, you can talk to the attacker, offer him your money and if you are able to turn while talking, you can make your move to defend yourself. Of course, you have to assess the risk before making your move.
