Drumsticks made at Home
Drumsticks are most common sought things whenever you visit bakery. I never made them at home before so decided to give it go for the first time.
You need following ingredients to make them:
- White pepper powder
- Salt
- Milk
- Chicken
- Garlic Powder
- Corn Flour
- Rice Flour
- Oil
- Regular Spices
- Eggs
Prepare your veggies first especially garlic
Wash chicken completely
You need to soak chicken vinegar and white pepper
Let it marinate for atleast 6 hours
Now you need eggs for final process
Take corn flour and add some spices in it
Mesh whole eggs
You might need to make extra sauce for Drumsticks, I made it with potatoes
Finally sauce was made with mayonnaise, white pepper, salt and black pepper
Now soak chicken in corn flour
Then apply some eggs on them
They are fully prepared to fry now,
Fry them on low heat in oil
They are ready to be served now. I further made some fries and had them with green chili and mayonnaise sauce.
