Drawing/Illustration of a kid having Mobile

Hi there lovely and creative people of Hive world,
Hope you all are fine and having a good day

I am sharing my drawing/illustration of a kid, playing on his mobile and having fun with it. He is playing word cross game and after a deep thoughts he got the right answer HEHE. I will try to make him moves and share a GIF of it (soon or later)

Software I used :

Adobe Illustrator 2019

Steps :

Below You can check step-wise images of my working

Start with an ellipse tool for face

draw a body part using Pen Tool

add another ellipse tool

create a folded leg using ellipse shape tool for fingers and pen tool

Copy and mirror the leg and set it as other log of the character

start creating arms using pen tool

draw/illustrate one arm with a mobile on it, and second arm on his knees

draw/illustrate eyes, nose and laughing face

give him a hair style

Colored my character

create a background of a room having two windows

colored the background, put a center carpet piece and my signature
