Everyone know that this indian gooseberry fruit has benefits more and more .This fruit gives us quickly energy.i exclaimed with joy that when i eat this raw fruit, we feel slight Sour taste .After eating this raw fruit,when we eat water , i feel sweet and sweet.I hope everyone know about the importance of this fruit. This indan gooseberry fruit protect against various kinds of dangarous diseases. It is my experiments.First time i am trying this recipe.Now i am sharing this healthy delicious Indian gooseberry chutney recipe.

Indian gooseberry | 400 grams |
Date molasses | 300 grams |
Tumaric powder | 1/2 tablespoons |
Cumin powder | 1 tablespoons |
Five carminents | 1/2 tablespoons |
Lemon | 1 piece |
Black pepper powder | 1 tablespoons |
Water | 3 Cup |
Mustard oil | 4 tablespoons |
Directions
First of all I gathered 400 grams this indian gooseberry fruit and after that i cut this fruit as needed.After cuting this fruit, i wash with fresh water.
I collected 3 Cup water and took a pan .After that i kept a pan on the oven .I add water in pan .I add this fruit with water and boil 15 minutes in pan.
After boiling i Pick up this boil fruit from pan .I made paste some fruits.
I collected tumaric powder and salt, lemon,five carminents, cumin powder and black pepper powder. After that I collected 300 grams Date molasses for increasing taste from this indian gooseberry chutney recipe.
I add 4 tablespoons mustard oil in pan and heat it and add five carminents with heat oil in pan.
I add this fruit in pan and add Tumaric powder, cumin powder, black pepper powder and fried sometimes .
I add date molasses with this Indian gooseberry fruit in pan and blend it properly in pan.and boil 10 minutes in pan.After that i pick up this Indian gooseberry chutney recipe from pan.
Thus I made healthy delicious Indian gooseberry chutney recipe.

Interesting recipe for me. Gooseberry is not available where I live. Will have to try other fruits instead. Other ingredients are easy to find though. I especially love turmeric! It's one of my favorite spices. Thanks for the recipe.
