Today you will enjoy vegan plantbased recipe -Posto cauliflower recipe.Really so delicious and healthy vegan recipe.I hope everyone will like this recipe.This is very popular Indian dish.It is a traditional Bengali recipe.I hope everyone will enjoy this tasteful yummy posto cauliflower recipe.Posto Dana is very expensive food. Actually maximum people add Posto with many recipes for increasing taste.The importance of benefits Posto has more for increasing taste.Now I am sharing delicious healthy Posto Cauliflower recipe.

Ingredients

Posto Dana or White poppy seeds30 grams
Cauliflower1 piece
Pea-pod100 grams
Ripe tomatoes1 piece
Onion1 piece
Garlic1 piece
Raw chilli6 pieces
Dry chilli paste3 tablespoons
Cumin paste4 tablespoons
Garlic paste2 tablespoons
Ginger paste2 tablespoons
Tumaric powder1 tablespoons
Salt1.5 tablespoons
Mustard oil4 tablespoons
Water3 Cup

I gathered all ingredients. I collected posto Dana , cauliflower, tomato chopping, pea-pod,raw chilli, onion chopping etc .

I took Cauliflower and wash with fresh water.I collected cumin paste, Posto dana paste,and all ingredients.

I mix 1 /2 tablespoons Tumaric powder and 1/2 tablespoons salt with cauliflower and blend it well.I admixed 2 tablespoons mustard oil in pan and heat it and mixed cauliflower with heat mustard oil in pan and mixed pea-pod with cauliflower in pan and fried 8 minutes in pan.After frying,i Pick up this frying slight cauliflower from pan.

I admixed 2 tablespoons mustard oil in pan and mixed tomato chopping and fry sometimes and add raw chilli and onion chopping in pan.

I add all pastes, such as ginger paste, cumin paste, garlic paste,dry chilli paste in pan and mixed it well and mixed Cauliflower with all paste in pan.

I mixed posto dana paste with cauliflower and mix it well .After that I mixed 1/2 tablespoons Tumaric powder and 1 tablespoons salt with cauliflower in pan.i add 4 Cup water with cauliflower in pan.and boil 15 minutes in pan.After completing this curry,i picked up this curry from pan.

In this process,i make delicious healthy nutritious tasteful Posto Cauliflower recipe.Now this Posto Cauliflower recipe is ready for serve.

This is a perfect way to infuse flavors into cauliflower. There is nothing better then a spiced up bowl of cauliflower. I will wait until a head of cauliflower is not super expensive haha.
