Un cordial saludo a todas y todos mis amigos Hiverianos, feliz de estar con ustedes nuevamente compartiendo contenido y trayendo recetas a esta hermosa comunidad, esperando que sea del total y completo agrado y gusto de todos.

Definitivamente que el cocinar da para todo, es un arte, un oficio hermoso y sabroso el cual disfruto mucho realizar, el poder realizar combinaciones de sabores, olores, colores es de lo que me produce mucha satisfacción y alegría, por eso para este día traigo una receta con una combinación de ingredientes que me dejó completamente satisfecha en cuanto sabor y ni decir de los olores ya que la maracuyá o parchita, como la conocemos más comúnmente en mi país Venezuela, desprende un olor tan agradablemente particular y que llena totalmente el lugar, sin más preparé unas Panquecas de parchita ricas y nutritivas, ideal para un sabroso desayuno o incluso merendar en una fresca tarde, ahora te invito para que veas el proceso de su preparación y los materiales que utilizaremos para la misma.

Para ello necesitaremos lo siguiente:

INGREDIENTES:

• 1 cucharada de Aceite
• ½ taza de harina de trigo
• ½ cucharadita de sal
• 3 cucharadas de azúcar
• ½ cucharadita de colorante comestible amarillo
• ¼ de taza de agua
• La pulpa de una maracuyá

Vamos a la preparación:

Lo primero que haremos es colocar en un envase nuestra harina de trigo para luego añadirle la pulpa de la maracuyá y la media cucharadita de sal, mezclamos un poco.

Ahora le agregaremos a nuestra mezcla el aceite, el colorante comestible amarillo y el azúcar, mezclamos nuevamente para integrar todos los ingredientes.

Acá le colocaremos a la mezcla el agua para lograr disolver todo muy bien para la posterior preparación de nuestras Panquecas.

Ahora llevaremos nuestra sartén a fuego medio con un chorrito de aceite para evitar que nuestra mezcla se pegue a este, vertemos la misma y cocinamos por ambos lados por espacio de un minuto cada lado aproximadamente.

Definitely that cooking gives for everything, it is an art, a beautiful and tasty craft which I enjoy doing, to be able to make combinations of flavors, smells, colors is what gives me great satisfaction and joy, so for this day I bring a recipe with a combination of ingredients that left me completely satisfied in terms of taste and not to mention the smells as passion fruit or parchita, as we know it more commonly in my country Venezuela, gives off a smell so pleasantly particular and that totally fills the place, without further ado I prepared some rich and nutritious parchita pancakes, ideal for a tasty breakfast or even snack on a cool afternoon, now I invite you to see the process of its preparation and the materials we use for the same.

For this we will need the following:

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 tablespoon of Oil
  • ½ cup of wheat flour
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • ½ teaspoon yellow food coloring
  • ¼ cup water
  • The pulp of a passion fruit

Let's get to the preparation:

The first thing we will do is to place in a container our wheat flour to then add the pulp of passion fruit and the half teaspoon of salt, we mix a little.

Now we will add to our mixture the oil, the yellow edible coloring and sugar, mix again to integrate all the ingredients.

Here we will add to the mixture the water to dissolve everything very well for the subsequent preparation of our pancakes.

Now we will take our skillet over medium heat with a drizzle of oil to prevent our mixture from sticking to it, pour it and cook on both sides for about one minute each side.

This recipe is very creative, the taste of passion fruit in a pancake must be interesting, it is surely quite good. However, we have to make an observation, and it is the following:

Within vegan gastronomy, we avoid any artificial coloring as much as possible, even if it is edible, on the contrary, we resort to the natural colors that food provides us. Avoid using these colorings in the next recipes that you publish in this community. Thank you.
