¡Hola a todos los amigos de Street Workout Community! El día de hoy quería mostrar cómo fue mi primer entrenamiento fuerte, luego de haber pasado un tiempo inactivo debido a una lesión del codo, por la última competencia en la que participe. Estuve aproximadamente 1 mes y 3 semanas dónde era muy mínimo el movimiento que podía generar en mi brazo izquierdo y por lo tanto no podía entrenar, estuve en terapia un mes y luego de eso unas semanas para volverme a adaptar.
Hello to all friends of the Street Workout Community! Today I wanted to show how my first strong training was, after having spent some time inactive due to an elbow injury, for the last competition in which I participated. I spent approximately 1 month and 3 weeks where the movement that I could generate in my left arm was very minimal and therefore I could not train. I was in therapy for a month and after that a few weeks to adapt again.
