400m series: January 6 2026
Bank holiday today and my daughter's feeling like training with me again (and one of her competitors) ...
Today we picked 2* 3x400m where I would do 2* 3x300m being stairs that I wouldn't be able to follow the for more than 200m
I don't know if I should be happy or worried that I could and changed in the second blocks to do 400m....
In the evening it was time for my son's new board game

We used to have a start wars Monopoly but your sons Pokemon one seem to have some different Cards and counters. Looks like fun!
Yes it actually is. He likes Monopoly and he loves Pokemon, so this was definitely going to be a great present. !INDEED
And it surprised me positively that it's not just a Monopoly with Pokemon images and figures, but really a different game! !STRIDE
