Back to almost zero?: June 12 2026
After my pain in Monday I haven't been running till Friday, thinking that till today I'd be recovered, but nevertheless I stopped again after 5km with too much knee pain. What I don't understand is that I'm getting more and more pain in my calf even though I'm trying these muscles stronger in my gym sessions and especially during @cycling, apart from a specific exercise (heel lifts) which I pretend to do during the day.... Very weird...
Swimming was going well today, but most probably because my body is less tired while almost no running. Can't say it's progress unfortunately....
Creation of my daughter today for lunch.
