RE: Reassessing Your Relevance When You are No Longer Relevant.

Money can definitely be a beacon that attracts all sorts of people, many of which are there to feed off the one who has money or even take it away from them. Sometimes, a few choices can undo much of the hard and smart work we've put in to get where we are. The proverbial downfall is always an interesting and awakening experience, since one starts to question whether they're really who they think they are and realizing that appearances can be very deceiving.

All sorts of people. I believe that people tend to learn the hard way when it comes to having money. Sometimes we only truly learn the lessons that money teaches when we don't have it anymore or have been betrayed. It's ironic; to have everyone and everything working your way but goes wrong when you lose everything. It's a lonely place.

Right, lessons are learnt after the experience has passed, which can be really costly because losing everything is quite hard to recover from. I think some just give up after that, believing that this experience is just not for them.
