En esta oportunidad les comparto mi receta de *Papitas de Semilla de Aguacate*, son deliciosas, crujientes y beneficiosas para nuestra salud, las puedes consumir solas, con ensaladas, granos y otros alimentos de tu gusto durante el desayuno, almuerzo, merienda y cena. Son excelentes para quitar la ansiedad, además son fácil de hacer y económicas, solo necesitas un ingrediente.

This time I share with you my recipe for Avocado Seed Chips, they are delicious, crunchy, and beneficial for our health, you can eat them alone, with salads, grains, and other foods of your choice during breakfast, lunch, snack, and dinner. They are excellent for removing anxiety, easy to make, and economical, you only need one ingredient.







Hace 3 años me comenzó un dolor en la rodilla derecha que me dificultaba subir y bajar escaleras, era doloroso para mi y molestoso para quienes estaban detrás de mí porque me movilizaba lentamente obstaculizando el paso. Un día una vecina me vio y me dio un remedio para que ese dolor se me quitara. Ella me indico que tomara diariamente, durante 7 días, una tacita de té de la pepa de aguacate, y me regalo un aguacate para que hiciera el té. Yo seguí su consejo y a los 7 días el dolor desapareció y no tuve que ir al médico. Ahora no boto la pepa del aguacate, la preparo de esta manera, la guardo y la consumo de vez en cuando como les explique al principio de este post.

One day a neighbour saw me and gave me a remedy to get rid of the pain. She told me to drink a cup of avocado seed tea every day for 7 days, and gave me an avocado to make the tea. I followed her advice and after 7 days the pain disappeared and I didn't have to go to the doctor. Now I don't throw away the avocado seed, I prepare it in this way, I keep it and consume it from time to time as I explained at the beginning of this post.



** INGREDIENTES \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\INGREDIENTS**




Dos pepas de aguacate. Si lo desean pueden hacer solo una pepa.

PREPARACIÓN \\\\\\\\||||||||||||||||||||||||||\\\\\\\\\PREPARATION




Primero, sacamos la pepa del aguacate, la lavamos , luego le quitamos la concha y dejamos secar unos 10 minutos.
First, remove the avocado pit, wash it, then remove the shell and let it dry for about 10 minutes.


Ahora colocamos un caldero o un sartén en la cocina a fuego medio, sin aceite ni tapa. Luego comenzamos a rallar las pepas por el lado grueso del rallo, notaran que se ve blanca, pero a los pocos minutos se va poniendo color anaranjado o rojizo .
Now place a pot or frying pan on the cooker over medium heat, without oil or lid. Then we begin to grate the seeds on the thick side of the stem, you will notice that it looks white, but after a few minutes it turns an orange or reddish colour.


Ralladas las pepas, las colocamos en el caldero o sartén , bajamos la llama al mínimo y removemos cada 3 minutos, vera como va cambiando de color .
Once the seeds are grated, place them in the pot or frying pan, lower the flame to the minimum and stir every 3 minutes, you will see how the colour changes.


Llegando a los 9 minutos , ya todas las papitas deben estar del mismo color, apagar la cocina, sacar las papitas del sarten o caldero, se colocan en un plato y se dejan enfriar a temperatura ambiente, sin tapar, por dos horas.
After 9 minutes, when all the potatoes should be the same colour, turn off the cooker, remove the potatoes from the pan or cauldron, place them on a plate and leave them to cool at room temperature, uncovered, for two hours.


Llegadas las dos horas, procedo a guardaralas en un envase plástico con tapa , para comerla cuando me provoque.

After two hours, I proceed to store them in a plastic container with a lid, to eat them when I feel like it.
