Beautiful Hibiscus Flower and its Medicinal Uses

Everyone has always been concerned about their health. Because of which he takes many medicines, so that he can stay healthy.
But sometimes we also use these medicines to cure some minor diseases like cold and cough. Due to which we become addicted to these medicines.

But if we want, we can use many plants mentioned in Ayurveda, which are easily found around us, to cure these diseases.

Name of this plant

The name of this plant is common hibiscus. But these plants are also known by other names like hardy hibiscus, rose of sharon, and tropical hibiscus etc.

How does it look

The hibiscus flower that I have seen this time, its flowers are light pink in color and the middle part of it is yellow in color. Which makes it even more beautiful to look at. I have seen hibiscus flowers many times before, but this is the first time I am seeing this color and it is also very beautiful to see.
Usually red hibiscus flowers are easily found around us, so most people know about them. So I have taken pictures of flowers of both colors which I want to show you.

Uses

The flower of hibiscus is used to cure many minor and major diseases. Many people also like to drink tea made from its flower.Hibiscus flowers are used to treat ailments like loss of appetite, cold, heart and nerve diseases, pain and swelling and burning in the stomach.
Hibiscus is used as an antibiotic to kill bacteria and worms.
Some early research has also shown that drinking hibiscus tea for 2-6 weeks reduces blood pressure in people with mild hypertension.

Diabetes, low blood pressure, and people who have had or are going to have surgery, should use Hibiscus only according to the advice of an Ayurvedic doctor.
