Ya en algunas ocasiones lo he comentado aquí, tengo hipotiroidismo y algunas otras cositas pero ese no es el punto, lo cierto de todo es que me dan dolores en las articulaciones pero sobre todo en mi muñeca derecha, lesionarme era y es de mis peores miedos, he intenta siempre ir, aun cuando mi muñeca dolía, por alguna razón luego de entrenar ya no dolía tanto

Hace unos días mis guantes de entrenar se dañaron por completo y empecé a buscar opciones de los guantes, que no sean tan costosos pero a la vez buenos, de hecho vi unos en farmatodo y me gustaron, lo que no me había fijado era que en una tienda cerca del gimnasio también vendían todo deportivo y ahí fue cuando me enamore de estos guantes! Son guantes con una elástica que de alguna forma estibiliza tu muñeca, permitiendo un rango movimiento moderado que no permita lesionarte o en mi caso que me duela aun más de lo que generalmente duele
