🥗Today I made the ginger salad with bean flour🥗

I have not made a salad these days for a long time. So, I made a salad today. The salad I made today is a kind of traditional Burmese salad. The salad is mainly made with ginger, peas and bean flour. This salad is called Ginger salad. In Myanmar, it is called ‘gyinn tote’. Ginger slalad is one of my dad's favorite salads. So, I made ginger salad for my dad today. Ginger salad can be served with rice or as a snack. This salad is simple to make and delicious. Let me tell you the ingredients first.
Ingredients
• Ginger
• Peas
• Sesame
• bean flour
• cabbage
• tomato
• cooking oil
• a little salt
In the country where I live, the shopkeepers often slice the ginger and sell it in a plastic bag, as shown in the picture above. These sliced gingers are soaked in salt water so can be stored for a long time. And the smell of ginger is not as bad as before. I use that ginger packet every time I make a ginger salad. This ginger pack contains a lot of ginger slice and costs about $ 0.4.
The peas used in this salad are often sold with ginger-like packages by shopkeepers. Contains some peanuts, pea and some seeds. Shopkeepers sell peas in a variety of sizes and cheap price. The packed peas I bought cost only about $ 0.5.
First, I washed the tomatoes and cabbage thoroughly. Then I slice them into small pieces. I put them together in a plate.
The peas, gingers, and sesame I bought were so many that I put as much as I needed on the plate. Now I'm ready to make the ginger salad.
I put all the ingredients together in a bowl. Add 2 tablespoons of bean flour. Ginger salad does not taste good without bean flour. If you use a lot of ginger, you should add more bean flour. I also added a little salt.
I added a little cooking oil and mixed everything.
When all is mixed, you have a very tasty ginger salad. My mom and dad and I really like ginger salad. My brother does not like ginger salad. So, my mom and dad and I ate ginger salad together. Ginger salad paired with hot tea is very tasty. I also read in my post that ginger is not allergic to papaya and can be deadly. Therefore, be careful not to eat papaya when eating this ginger salad. 🍇
