Today I did a little political activism making calls to remind voters to participate in a special election. It's targeted and non-intrusive, which is good. I really do not like annoying political calls.
Politics is only dividing people on a wider scale (this is their intended goal). Best to avoid it, and working together in communities.

I agree, the attempt within the political world is to divide people ideologically. What's encouraging is when an individual steps up to offer practical reform that people on both "sides" would generally agree on, lessening the gap.
