I'm positively sure that gut health is directly connected with mental and general health. Since I've evicted bread and pasta from my daily meals, and introduce even more fresh vegetables in my daily meals, my general health improved by far :)
Just like we have talked in person before. Since I've read this book everything changed for good in my daily routines

Welll up until now I always had like an iron tummy resistant to everything so still trying to work out how this new situation goes.
So bread and pasta gone, or gluten in general?
Gluten in general, but I'm not a gluten free diet "only" (90% off gluten). When I don't incorporate gluten in my meals, I fell so much better... mentally and physically. Maybe due to my auto-imune health issue (MS)
