Banana Cake Meses Ceres - Plantbased Cooking Challenge.

Best wishes.
On this occasion I tried to take part in the #plantbased cooking challenge held by @justinparke every week, on this occasion I cooked a complementary food in the form of Meses Ceres Banana Sponge.

Bananas are one of the fruits that have many benefits for the health of the human body, as we know that bananas are very good for consumption every day. This fruit is very good for digestion, delaying hunger, and losing weight and is able to treat or prevent various other diseases.

This carbohydrate-rich fruit is also one of my favorite fruits, the banana I chose was plantain which was not too sweet, very good for consumption, of course.

This time I will make a baked banana meses ceres sponge, the banana I chose is a plantain fruit, this is because when the food is finished it will not have black spots on the cake, as for the ingredients used as follows.

Bananas to taste.
Three eggs.
One pack of vanilla.
Sugar to taste.
Baking soda to taste.
Salt to taste.
Butter to taste.
Sufficient flour.
Meses ceres to taste.

The steps for making it are as follows.

Puree the bananas using a blender, then set the bananas aside first.

Combine the ingredients in the form of sugar, vanilla, and eggs, stir or beat until smooth using a mixer, do this until the sugar is really smooth.

The next step is to add flour, salt and baking soda and bananas that have been smooth, mix everything using a mixer until smooth. Make sure that all the ingredients are stirred or shaken thoroughly so that this complementary food does not become hard later.

After stirring evenly and smooth then prepare a baking sheet that has been smeared with butter, put all the cake batter into the pan until evenly distributed.

After that, bake until completely cooked, I usually bake for 25 to 30 minutes using an electric grill, if it's cooked, you can immediately remove it, if that's enough time. Once cooked, let stand for a moment for two minutes then spread butter on the cake that is ready and sprinkle meses ceres to taste.

Serve the food while it is still hot, cut it into pieces to enjoy. Meses ceres banana sponge is ready to be eaten or enjoyed, this food is very delicious served together with hot tea or coffee, can also be used as a substitute for rice to delay hunger.

Hopefully this recipe is useful for all of us, thank you for stopping by my post. Best wishes.

What a lovely looking cake, I bet your place smelled amazing while you were cooking this. I am sorry but you submitted this just a few minutes before the new post was released, so I had already finished my curation and wasn't able to include yours.

A friendly tip - this is a #plantbased challenge, and eggs aren't #vegan. There are vegan solutions for replacing eggs though, most commonly flaxseeds are used.
