Ingredients:
🔹400 grams green pumpkin
🔹2 tamarind leaves
🔹5 cayenne peppers
🔹1/2 teaspoon pepper
🔹900 grams water

How to make:
🔹Peel the pumpkin skin thoroughly.

🔹Cut the pumpkin in half and cut into triangles, or cut to your liking.

🔹Add half a teaspoon of salt to the peeled and cut pumpkin. Stir well so the salt is absorbed into the vegetables.

🔹Heat the water until it boils, then add the pumpkin.

🔹Grind the chilies, pepper, and tamarind with a little salt to make it easier to grind. You can grind it coarsely or very finely according to your taste.

🔹Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt to the cooked pumpkin.

🔹When the vegetables are slightly cooked, add the ground spices and stir well. Once cooked, remove from heat and serve.

🔹Final serving.

This dish can be served with warm rice, or you can add tempeh or tofu as a side dish. This dish is also very versatile and suitable for everyday home cooking.
