This vegetable bakwan is very crunchy and is also liked by many people, this is a snack that I make in the afternoon while relaxing.
most people really like vegetable bakwan, and always make bakwan a favorite menu on all occasions, don't doubt the taste.
usually I always use the vegetables that are in the refrigerator to process various kinds of dishes and also fried foods, one of which is cabbage, bean sprouts, and carrots, usually I make vegetable soup, because there are still leftovers in the refrigerator, I use the vegetables well. Then I processed the rest into vegetable bakwan.

the first step is to prepare all the vegetable ingredients such as cabbage, bean sprouts, and carrots, then chop all the vegetables finely and small, after being chopped don't forget to wash all the vegetables first to make them clean and hygienic.
prepare the flour, then enter the flour according to how much we want to fry then mix all the ingredients together with the vegetables, add a little salt, and ground pepper and add water to the flour mixture and stir until evenly distributed, this is a simple fry without flavoring, but the taste also very tasty and crunchy.
then prepare hot oil over medium heat,
take the dough with a spoon and then pour until evenly distributed, fry until browned, and so on until the dough is fried.
then can be removed and also drained when it is cooked.
