My Actifit Report Card: October 24 2019

Hello actifiters!!!

I hope you are doing great!!! Today I have a beautiful view from the office due the autumn trees... is not the peak of the season but it’s starting to be colorful..

After work I went to the gym.... I felt great due it was leg day and femur destruction hahahahaha and I did a new max in my squats... 135 pounds per side 3/5/8 reps

This workout has a lot of femur reps and I finished exhausted...

To close my workout I did 20 min cardio with hill prog and 3.5 speed...

I tried to have my heart beat regulated all the time and I think I did it...

It’s supposed that help you to burn more calories!!!

I ended with 7K steps and feeling great... but super tired hahahahaha
